Cancellation & Refund Policy You may cancel or reschedule 24hrs before appointment, with no penalties the 1st time, we understand things happen, the 2nd time cancellation, deposits are non-refundable , you will need to pay a new deposit to book . I charge a $30.00 cancellation fee, for no -show also full amount will be due before any services are rendered. No show , no future appointments. We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at our sole discretion. If you are feeling sick please reschedule, we allow 15 min. grace period, after that you will have to reschedule.
